The Otterburn Tower Restaurant aims to provide the very highest standard of cuisine using fresh, local, top quality produce whenever possible. The river Rede flows through the valley and our chefs take full advantage of the fresh trout and salmon in season. Even the ice cream is produced locally! Our chefs make all their own pates, sorbets, desserts and sauces. So when you stay at our hotel, you not only have time to rest and relax but you can revitalise your taste buds too!

Meals are served throughout the day and menu's for all occasions can be created by arrangement including vegetarian choices and low fat dishes. They have an extensive wine cellar with wide choice of top quality wines from both traditional and New World countries. There knowledgeable staff will be pleased to assist you in your choice of wines and liqueurs.
